Oh, that's true, it's just not the RICO Act. RICO is an anti-organized crime statute. It has little, if anything, to do with seize drug-related assets.

No, it's not RICO.

RICO requires actual collusion on your part. And, as of a recent (last ten years) SCOTUS ruling, it requires actual monetary rewards.

No monetary rewards from the action, no RICO.
